Congrats MU for winning the Champions League final 2008 at Luzhniki Stadium at Moscow, Russia!!! This marks an fantastic season for MU as champions of English Premier League and Champions League!!!

nine years ago, we grabbed you in the very last minute..nine years later, we regained you, also till the last minute..this shows how precious you are!!!

this time around, we travelled to Moscow, the Chelsea boss’s origin and heard many ppl saying that Chelsea will sure win this match..haha..but MU has the last laugh..

what a superb goal by Cristiano Ronaldo!!! 42nd of the season!!! what an amazing tally of goal for a winger/midfielder!!!

Ryan Giggs replaces Paul Scholes for his 759th cap for MU, breaking Sir Bobby Charlton’s record of 758..

stupid Didier Drogba was shown red card for slapping Nemanja Vidic..what an unprofessional footballer!!!

poor John Terry missing the crucial penalty which would have nailed a win for Chelsea..

Edwin Van der Sar denied Anelka’s penalty and MU won the final!!! you can actually see MU players at the back celebrating and running towards the goalkeeper..

Double champion in 2008!!! You deserved it!!!

It’s official - Manchester United retains the English Premier League title they won last season..Well done and good job guys !!! you guys deserve it !!!

just reach KL and thinking of updating my blog and tidying up all those draft posts which have been lying there long enough for me to post them up after uploading photos to it..

but then I am put off by the fact that I actually need to upload quite a substantial amount of photos..haha..so I shall keep it simple..

as the title suggests, I shall first greet all the mothers HapPy MoThEr’s Day!!! and of course I want to thank my mum (and my dad, of course :p) for bringing me to this world and  raising, nuturing, teaching me  to where I am now..without her, I would not be who I am today..thanks a million mum!!!

as I said just now, I shall keep this post short and I shall offline now as MU match is kicking off soon..

went for Skytrex Adventure located in Taman Bukit Pertanian at Bukit Cahaya, Shah Alam on 1st May 2008..from the wording, you can foresee that it has something to do with adventuring in the sky, haha..as per their website, it is the first of its kind in Malaysia!!! Skytrex Adventure is a place where you can enjoy jungle trekking from a level never done before - through the canopy of the forest!!!

basically one will be going through 23 different challenge trails and will take one into the jungle for up to two hours without touching the ground..and the trails will bring you through a series of aerial trails suspended up to 17 metres!!!

after a testing trail, here comes the real challenge..climbing up to the top..for those who have hypsiphobia, bet you will think twice before you proceed with this..cuz you will be up there for two hours even though there are ways for you to get down la (which I will reveal later)..but still, the "way" will only be available after you completed several trails..

view from the top after the fisrt trail..honestly, you start to fee a bit tired after this..mind you, this is only the first trail!!! and you are actually on your own once you are up here..the instructor will basically just sitting down there watching you guys doing all the stunt..

the second easiest..haha..

this is the easiest amongst all - the safety next bridge..basically you can just be very relaxed going through this..

this is the second hardest trail - the tarzan swing!!! basically you have to hold on to the rope and jump to the next plank..

I tell you..this is the hardest amongst all..cuz it is not stable when you are crossing it and it keeps shaking..it took me some time before I managed to struggle through it..haha..

zig-zag trail..quite challenging..you have to possess a good balancing skill..

the flying fox!!! this is the highlight of the course where you will be flying form one end to the other!!!

I think this is the longest trail which will take u some time before you can complete this..

this is the way to get down that I mentioned earlier..to be precised, it is called "chicken exit"..haha..so if you feel like you want to be chicken, you can always choose to walk down this net and you will reach the ground and deemed "completed"..

I still managed to pose for a picture now..but not for the next minute..

I am actually struggling very hard on this spider web..cuz it is nearing the end and I have used up my energy..but looking from the back, I looked like spiderman rite? haha..

after that, we were damn hungry and decided to go to Asiacafe @ Subang to have our lunch..overall, it is quite tiring but I felt that this is a very challenging activity! every one should have gone and have a go on it!!!

have been working extremely hard (to clarify this is self-proclaimed la, ok..or else ppl would raise doubt on it) recently..so have to treat myself better..haha..so went to Sugimoto at Sri Hartamas after work with usual suspect HA & CH on 3 April 2008..

had dinner with HA, CH, ED, TL & SF at Eric Tsang’s Restaurant at Plaza Damas in Sri Hartams, had taken some picture but accidentally deleted it,sigh..

so decided to go google and hoping to search for some photos on that restaurant..who knows I managed to find some of the pictures on a site called ahmok.com..haha..

what a coincidence..funny ar..why I never know I own a website..haha..

to be honest, I find the food there ok only..regardless of the dim sum served during lunch or their rice+vege+meat+soup served for dinner..heard that they are famous for their steamboat but never try before so no comment on that..it is located at Plaza Damas in Sri Hartamas..so go and try yourself and let me know what you think..hehe

few weeks back went up early to pick up my dad..however I realised that I got the time wrong and since I already up,decided to go to Old Town Kopitiam near my house for breakfast

I actually love their white coffee..really nice..

white coffee + peanut butter bread = perfect match!!!

I still rememberred that I was actually sitting there alone and reminiscing..all the good and bad moments we had together..together with a bit of bitter taste of the coffee..I was actually full of emotion at that point of time..

should have posted this long time ago..on 2 March 2008, went with HA, CH & SF to this apparently very famous steam fishhead near Lorong Tiong Nam, off Jalan Raja Laut..it is actually near Wisma Sime Darby and located at the back street..hmm, for those who are very particular on food, you wont be feeling comfortable eating here la..hahaha..

anyway, according to HA & CH, this place is famous and a lot of celebrities would come here to eat..and it was actually true as I saw Lee Mau Shan, the host in ntv7 show - kai xin jiu hao and also actually a very famous singer back in 80s or 90s..hehe..

actually never expect dad and mum would be here today, though mum did mention that they might come today, cuz mum already informed yesterday that they wont be coming and thus I had actually agreed to attend a gathering with SL & Co. tonight..

while on my way back back from Rawang (went for work), rang up SL, who thought that I reached but did not know how to go to that place, but which at the end I am sure that is quite "bengang", after finding out that I actually FFK last minute,haha..but anyway, explained to her and hope that she understood la..

so thereafter went back home and we headed to Sushi King @ Selayang Mall to celebrate mum’s birthday which actually falls exactly one week later..since Mum is here, so we decided to bring it forward and take mum to try out the japanese food..

see we have eaten so much..

this is the black sesame ice-cream..apparently it is "freshly" imported from Japan     woh..on a weekly basis somemore..

overall, I would say that the food that not bad and it is reasonably priced..those who knew me do know that I dont actually really fancy jap food and the reason is simple - I dont fancy raw food..but after hanging out with HA & CH too much, I have been "exposed" to excessive jap food (and this also means that higher expenses on food la haha) and found out that jap food is actually not about raw food only..

further, japanese are famous for their healthy lifestyle and thus japanese are having longer "lffe span".."
