was watching one of the local + mediacorp drama on NTV7 just now where I heard a very interesting conversation/love theory that went something like this:
在爱情世界里，我们会遇见三种人， 也可以说这就好像一个三部曲…第一种是你很爱的人， 这个会是你最爱的人，你会很爱他/她，爱到无法自拔，他/她会是你这一生中最爱的人，但是通常他/她是不爱你的，这时候，你已慢慢知道什么是爱请了…然后呢，第二种人则是非常爱你的人， 对他/她来说，你会是他/她这一生中最爱的人，但是你却是不爱他/她的， 因为这时在你心里，你已通常有了你最爱的人…到了最后呢，你会遇上一个不是你这一生中最爱的人， 而你也不会是他/她这一生中最爱的人， 命运却安排你们俩走在一起到最后， 度过了你们的一生…这代表了什么呢，只能说你和他/她是在对的时间和地点遇上了…
I dont deny the fact that I have heard a lots of such stories happening around but whether or not it did really happen, I would not know..for me, I myself think that, nothing is perfect in this world and I believe that, at some point in time, we will be able to meet “the one” in our life..at the end of the day, it is your thinking that control your mindset..
if you keep thinking on something which has gone and cant be traced, of course you will feel that that was the most precious as you would not be able to get it back and there is one Chinese saying “得不到的永远是最好的” which literally means the same..
so what say you?

Don’t really agree absolutely with the interesting love theory:)
Yes, sadly most of us will go through that cycle. We Love We Got Hurt We Hurt Others & Others Hurt You We Got Tired until We Compromise In The End.
But I would still wish to see that everybody I care for to be at least have some element of 爱情，rather than purely 感情 (both ways) when they decided to get married. Really, a wedding very full of happiness because of love (like my frens wedding recently) is quite…震撼人心
Even my married fren commented that he really can’t remember whether he’s That happy during his wedding.
So i wouldn’t be as harsh as the theory. Would still believe that there’s the possibility that most people still end up marrying people they love the most (just that they might not know yet) - afterall its not the end of your life, its not fair to define who you love the most at that point -.-
hehe..I like the word that “it’s not the end of your life”..afterall, life still goes on what..and also of what I have always said - life is beautiful so live your life beautifully!
